Appointments

Johanna realizes that you have a busy life; therefore, she does her best to accommodate day, evening, and after school appointments. You do not need a doctor’s referral to book an appointment.

Fees & Reimbursements

At Simmons Counselling, there is an hourly fee for appointments. Please contact Johanna to enquire about her rates. Johanna accepts e-transfer, Visa or MasterCard. Payment is expected at the time of service, unless other arrangements have been made. She will issue you a receipt for tax purposes and health plan reimbursement. Most extended health plans cover counselling services. It is recommended that you consult your provider to confirm coverage levels.
